What this site is for

The content on this website is provided for general information about cosmetic regulatory compliance and about our services. It is not regulatory, legal or safety advice for any specific product or situation, and it does not create a client relationship. Regulations change, and the position for your product depends on its formulation, claims and markets. Before acting on anything you read here, take advice on your specific circumstances, whether from us under a formal engagement or from another suitably qualified professional.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, graphics and page design, belongs to Oxford Biosciences Ltd or is used under licence. You may view, download and print pages for your own reference. You may not reproduce our content commercially, present it as your own, or use it to provide services to third parties without our written permission.

Accuracy and availability

We take care to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, up to date or free from errors, and we may change or remove content at any time. We do not guarantee that the site will be available without interruption.

Limits on our liability

To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or its content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Liability arising under a client engagement is governed by the terms of that engagement, not by these terms.
